Join an Organic British beauty brand – they are looking for a Brand Ambassador for the locations in London
Key responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales via interaction with customers and hosting on-counter/outreach/facial events to achieve retail targets.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all of our products; use this information to meet the needs of the customer.
- Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features & benefits of the product and by offering related products wherever appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, helping to assist in any client queries and recommending skincare for clients
- At quieter times, train store colleagues to understand, appreciate and love our products, and enable them to sell our products to customers to their benefit
Skills and experience:
- Some retail experience ideally in a comparable environment an advantage
- Confident, approachable and proactive with strong communication skills
- Be a strong ‘people person’ and love building customer relationships, a team player
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a passion for beauty/skincare, a beauty therapy qualification is an advantage
- Love the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets and a busy environment
- Well presented with beautiful behaviour and personal grooming in line with our brand
- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
